Pearl River recently celebrated its sixteenth birthday. Founded by myself and my brother in 2001 we have enjoyed many years of uninterrupted growth and success. Our employees, customers, and vendors – many of whom have been with us from the beginning - are the well-spring of our success and have our enduring gratitude. Without this hard-working, collegial and collaborative group (fun too!), our lives would be much diminished. Good friends make a business – and life – worth it. Thank you.

Today’s product line, which remains predominantly individual cheesecakes, can be traced directly to our early days and our original mission: Bake the best-in-class and let the pastry chef take the applause. We still use without exception all-natural, clean, simple ingredients. Many of our ingredients are local or sourced from family owned growers and producers. And, of course, we still stand one hundred percent behind everything we do. No exceptions. This means that we deliver product which delivers success to our customers.

The venues and retailers who use us experience consistent consumer acclaim, repeat buy, reduced labor cost, and minimal waste. They rely on us to deliver, day in and day out, rich, flavorful desserts that “WOW” every time.

We welcome visits to our new fifty-thousand square foot bakery located here in West Nyack, New York part of the verdant Hudson Valley. Buyers are welcome to call for tours, tastings, or simply to come and see what we are all about. We also have plenty of space to host management meetings looking for unique ways to motivate and educate participants.
