A deliciously refreshing combination of guava mousse, passion fruit mousse and raspberry mousse on top of a base of dark chocolate cake.
Ingredients: pure cane sugar, guava puree, passion fruit puree, raspberry puree, heavy cream, invert sugar, gelatin, water and sponge cake ( soybean oil, invert sugar, egg yolks, pure cane sugar, vanilla powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, egg whites and water).
Shelf Life: 6 Months At 0 Degrees or less, 1 day defrosted in cooler.
