3" Chocolate Explosion (Liquid Center Chocolate Cake)

Our own real chocolate ganache ready to explode from the center of the richest of chocolate cakes.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin-an emulsifier and vanilla), butter, eggs, pure cane sugar, egg yolks, flour, invert sugar and heavy cream.
Shelf Life: 6 months At 0 degrees or less, 4-5 days defrosted in cooler.

To Serve:   Microwave for one 30 seconds on high or in an oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Test the firmness of the cake. It should be soft and the bottom should be hot to the touch. The color should not be too dark and the cake should not be split. Cut cake in half and test the temperature of the inner filling. Filling should be warm, not piping hot. Increase microwave and oven times (5 seconds and 2 minute intervals respectively) until desired settings are reached. Lower temperatures and lengthen oven times if the cake begins to darken before properly heated.
